◎ Introduction to Inje University
Inje University was established in 1979 as a private educational institution and has held a historical and traditional reputation as one of the most distinguished universities in Korea. It is the combined result of support from the foundation and the efforts of the faculty, staff, and students. Inje University has started with the goal of high-quality education: it has consistently tried to achieve this goal for 27 years. As the result, it has been selected as one of the best schools in various University Evaluations. With untiring efforts of its faculty and staff, Inje University is now cited as a success story.
Inje University runs innovative and unique programs that provide opportunities for students to acquire up-to-date knowledge on their major areas through research, practical training, inspection and lectures at world-class overseas universities, labs, and hospitals. Inje's unique strategy of globalization aims at producing talented graduates.
Paik Hospital first opened its door in Jeo-dong, Seoul in 1932, when Korea was under the Japanese occupation. The founder, Dr. In-Je Paik, a pioneer in the medical profession in Korea and a patriot, established Paik Hospital, the first non-profit civilian organization of its kind in Korea, by donating all of his private assets. This was the first step in creating today's Inje University and Paik Hospitals. Presently, there are five University Hospitals, including Seoul Paik Hospital, Pusan Paik Hospital, Sanggye Paik Hospital, Ilsan Paik Hospital and Dongrae Paik Hospital. For the last 75 years, Paik Hospitals have promoted public health and led medical development with advanced medical facilities and specialized medical technology. Paik Hospitals offer high quality medical service to the public. Their excellent staff is making their utmost effort to educate talented new doctors who will lead the future of the medical profession in Korea.
◎ 仁济大学 简介
仁济大学建立于1979年是一所私立综合大学。在韩国享有很高的声誉。建校伊始，仁济大学就制定了创办高水准教育的奋斗目标。27年来，在全体教职员工和莘莘学子的不懈努力下，终于实现了这一目标。2006年在韩国大学的各项评估中，均被评为优秀。仁济大学的办学经验，已经成为韩国教育史上的一段佳话。
在多年的办学实践中，仁济大学独创了全新的教育项目，该项目向学生提供在国外著名高校､试验基地与医院学习的机会，通过研究与实践，实习与听课，学生可以学到最新的专业知识。在这个全球战略目标的指引下，仁济大学已经为社会培养出了大批优秀的毕业生。
仁济大学的前身白医院，1932年在首尔创立，奠基者白麟济博士是韩国医学界的先驱与著名的爱国人士。他捐献个人全部财产建立的白医院是韩国第一家非营利民用组织。
现在白医院是现代化的综合医院，在汉城､釜山､上溪､一山及东莱五个地区设有分院，是韩国著名的医疗机构。在过去的75年里，白医院以其先进的医疗设施与专业的医疗技术为公众的健康，医院的发展作出了积极贡献。白医院也是仁济大学医科学院的教学､科研､实习基地，集教学､科研､医疗于一身的白医院医务人员正在为培育未来韩国医学界的杰出人士而努力奋斗。

◎ Eligibility for Application (申请资格)
A. Applicants and their parents must have foreign citizenship.

B. Applicants must have completed all primary and secondary education outside Korea,
which is comparable to 16 years of elementary, middle, high school and 4-year college education in Korea.

◎ Criteria for Selection (选拔方式)
- Selection of candidates based on their past career
Students are selected on the basis of their submitted
personal
statements
(including a study plan), C.V. and all transcripts, academic

major aptitudes and language proficiency.
Telephone interviews may be requested, if necessary.

- The Full-time Scholarships for international students are awarded to 60~85% of total tuition fee.

◎ Korean Language Programs(韩语课程)
The Inje University Korean Language Program has been developed to provide Korean language training
for international students who with to study at Inje University as full-time students.
Classes are given twice a week and continue for 2 hours a day for 16 weeks on the first semester.
韩语课程是为了提高外国留学生的韩国语水平开设的，所有全日制外国留学生都可以参加韩语课程。
韩语课程第一学期开设，1周2次，每次2小时。

◎ Housing Information (住宿情况)
As Comfortable as your home, university dormitories provide the best living space toward your dream.
Inje University provides convenient living facilities such as Indukjae, Biotech Village, Paikyangjae, Inje English Town (Yanghyunjae), Jungsanjae (a special dormitory for those who parepare for bar exams), and a dormitory for medical students.
Indukjae, a cozy rest place surrounded by the mountains, is occupied by 2,184 students, who were selected according to how far they live away from the campus. Indukjae houses its own study facilities exclusively for its residents, such as study rooms, reading rooms, a computer room, an internet room, and a language lab. It is also equipped with a cinema room, a physical exercise room, a table tennis room, and lounges. In addition, for all the residents of Indukjae, we have extra educational programs, such as 8 o'clock classes(08:00-08:50) and special educational programs, where the residents can get credits in such courses as Audio-Visual English, English conversation, and Japanese conversation.
仁济大学能给您提供家一般舒适的居住空间。大学有仁德馆，白阳馆，英语生活馆，正山馆(法学专用宿舍)和医科大学生活馆可供学生入住。仁德馆，依山而建，绿树环绕，环境十分幽雅。仁德馆除了专用的阅览室，电脑室，网络室和语言交流室之外，还有电影室，健身房，乒乓球室，休息室等设施。此外，还为入住的所有学生开设了特别的教育课程。每天早上8:00~8:50 有英语听力，英语会话和日语会话等课程，可获得相应的额外学分。
